Ijabah is an AI-powered document understanding system that combines Natural Language Processing (NLP) with a chatbot interface to enable users to interact intelligently with uploaded documents.

At its core, Ijabah allows an Admin to upload documents (PDFs, Word files, etc.), which are processed and indexed using NLP models either locally or via a cloud-based model server.

Once documents are processed, users can ask natural language questions such as:

“What is the client’s contract duration?”
“Summarize section 4 of the policy.”
“How many holidays do I have left?”

The chatbot interprets these questions, retrieves relevant information from the stored document data, and replies conversationally — as if it “understands” the content. In addition to this, Ijabah supports both English and Arabic languages.
